Abstract As infrastructure continues to age, the potential risks associated with it are increasing. In order to address this issue, there is a growing need for the safe management of infrastructure. In this study, we propose predictive models that take into account time history to proactively maintain bridges. Data is collected through bridge inspection reports, and based on the collected data, we present four different models: linear regression, first-order linear equation, second-order nonlinear equation, and exponential equation. We aim to explain which model is the most suitable for each model and present the most appropriate model for each bridge component. By doing so, we believe it will be possible to predict the condition index of each bridge component and enable proactive maintenance of the bridges.
